President Jay has been part of Diversity FC since its creation in 2015, serving as the club’s first Secretary General under President Emeritus Peter Ajang. In 2016, he assumed the role of team captain, a position he held with distinction until 2025, when he was elected President of Diversity FC.

President Jay has been part of Diversity FC since its creation in 2015, serving as the club’s first Secretary General under President Emeritus Peter Ajang. In 2016, he assumed the role of team captain, a position he held with distinction until 2025, when he was elected President of Diversity FC.

As a leader focused on discipline, President Jay is deeply committed to excellence and to elevating the legacy of Diversity FC to even higher heights. He embraces new challenges and firmly believes that to grow as a community, we must be united. With a professional background in law enforcement with the Government of Alberta, he brings exceptional integrity, honesty, and accountability to his leadership. Under his guidance, Diversity FC has continued to win, grow, and achieve remarkable success.

Terence Sakwe served as President of the Diversity Club from 2020 to 2025, having previously held the position of Secretary from 2018 to 2020. Through his visionary leadership, the club underwent a significant transformation, evolving from a traditional soccer club into a modern, inclusive community association.

Terence Sakwe served as President of the Diversity Club from 2020 to 2025, having previously held the position of Secretary from 2018 to 2020. Through his visionary leadership, the club underwent a significant transformation, evolving from a traditional soccer club into a modern, inclusive community association.

Under his presidency, Terence successfully led the rebranding of the club, changing its name from Deux-0 Social Club  to Diversity Veteran Club, reflecting a broader and more inclusive mission. He introduced the annual Women’s Day celebrations, strengthening gender inclusion and community engagement. During his tenure, the club competed in three Canadian National Veterans Tournaments held in Montreal, Toronto, and Calgary, winning the championship trophy twice.

Terence also introduced the Diversity Kids Soccer Program, designed to train and mentor young players while promoting community inclusion, cultural awareness, and positive social values among the younger generation.

Today, Terence Sakwe continues to serve the club as a dedicated member and trusted adviser, contributing his experience and commitment to its ongoing growth and success.

The First President of DiversityFC, Peter Ebong, is a globally minded professional whose life journey reflects resilience, purpose, and deep commitment to service.

Born in Cameroon, Emeritus Peter has an immigrant experience with multiple cultures and continents. He moved from Cameroon to Sweden, then to the United Kingdom (Manchester), and is now in Canada. This journey has shaped his worldview and strengthened his passion for inclusive leadership.

Professionally, Emeritus Peter is a Paralegal and Commissioner for Oaths, supporting individuals with access to justice, integrity, and accountability within the legal system. His work is grounded in a strong sense of responsibility to the community and the belief that information empowers individuals and institutions. Guided by a vision of leadership through engagement and legacy building, Emeritus Peter seeks to create lasting impact mentoring others, fostering collaboration, and contributing to systems that uplift future generations.

Beyond his professional life, Emeritus Peter is deeply invested in  striving for personal growth and excellence. He loves soccer and music and also finds interest in socialism and collective progress. Emeritus Peter Ebong has the spirit of a modern global citizen who leads with empathy, acts with purpose, and builds bridges across our community. 

Emeritus Peter continues to serve Diversity FC till today. Currently he represents DiversityFC in the CNVT board as a Technical Lead. He is also a privileged adviser to Presidents and a member of the Council of Elders. He brought to Diversity FC the theme song;
